This is true multi tasking!

Here is a short video of how even a minimised browser window with a you tube video running will continue to play and zero lag or device slowdown.

You can also see how images on the minimised people app scroll on the minimised "tile".  This is similar to Windows phone tile, which is not always a bad thing.

Please excuse the video being on its side but Windows 7 was having a hissy fit every time I tried to rotate it in movie maker so I left as is in the end.

On way home

After what seems like minutes I am back on my way home. Sorry for the lack of updates whilst in Helsinki but a combination of low quality  iinternet access and falling batteries, plus my N9 towering a fit, meant I did not really get a chance. Add extreme tiredness into the mix too.
 I have loads of feedback for the Jolla sailfish and will put together some detailed posts late today. initial feelings are it it's slick and quick but definitely work in progress. Jolla are pen about it being a beta version and I can handle that so long as the updates come regularly.

 For those who have used Maemo devices of old the state of the os feels much like that of the N900. There are some big bits missing but it still works, the Jolla is a lot faster and more intuitive.

Arrived at London Gatwick in good time, checked in and flight appears to be on time. So far it has been effortless.
